Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 5 August 2026. These terms explain how you may access and use Looptool’s creative subscription services.

1. About Looptool
Looptool is operated by Looptool Platforms Private Limited ("Looptool", "we", "our", or "us").

Looptool is a Creative Operating System that connects businesses with professional creative services through a subscription-based platform.

2. Your Subscription
Your subscription gives you access to creative services based on your selected plan.

Features, active tasks, turnaround times, and creative categories vary by plan and may change as Looptool evolves.

3. Payments & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and Stripe. Looptool does not store your payment information. Invoices are generated for every successful payment.

4. Cancellation
Because every request is assigned to dedicated creative professionals, subscription changes should be made before work begins on an active request.

If your request has already entered production, it will continue until completion under your current subscription.

5. Revisions
Every subscription includes unlimited revisions within the original project scope.

New requests or significant changes beyond the approved brief may be treated as separate creative requests.

6. Creative Turnaround
Most creative requests are delivered within the estimated turnaround shown in your plan.

Complex projects may require additional time depending on their scope.

7. Intellectual Property
Everything created specifically for you becomes yours once the project is completed and all applicable payments have been made. Until then, all creative work remains the property of Looptool.

8. Copyright
You must only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

You remain responsible for any copyright, trademark, or licensing issues related to the materials you provide.

9. Work Ownership
Upon final delivery and successful payment, ownership of approved creative work transfers to you.

Looptool may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a written NDA or confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

10. Confidentiality
Every project is handled with confidentiality.

If required, Looptool is happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before work begins.

11. Availability
While we aim for uninterrupted service, occasional maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect platform availability.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
